## Attribution line

Credit the work with this line.

IRF for NGOs by Matthew Breen, published in association with the Nordic Blockchain Association, blockchainframeworks.org, CC BY 4.0

## What is content

CC BY 4.0 applies to these.

- the question banks, the use case catalogue, the scoring maps and the routing rules, all in `site/css/data/`
- the brief and tender templates
- the text of the pack in `pack/`, including the pack's data files
- the copy on the pages of the site
- the documents under `docs/` and `methodology-docs/`

Each JSON data file carries a `copyright` line that points here.

## What is code

Code is licensed under the Apache License 2.0. The text is in the file `LICENSE` at the repo root. It applies to these.

- the JavaScript and PHP in `site/`, apart from the data files
- the scorer in `pack/scorer/` and the build and check tools in `tools/`

Each code file in `site/` starts with `SPDX-License-Identifier: Apache-2.0`.

## Case studies

`case-studies.html` names real organisations as precedents only. The names and marks of those organisations stay theirs. A listing is no endorsement and earns no points in any verdict.

## What you make with it

A brief or a tender made with the tool belongs to the organisation that made it. The licences place no condition on it, and it needs no attribution.

## Third-party files

The fonts in `site/assets/fonts/` keep their own licences, which sit beside them.
