# Feedback note

This note is optional. It helps the publisher see whether the framework works for organisations like yours. The framework works the same whether you send it or not.

## The five prompts

1. Did you reach a verdict?
2. Which verdict was it: yes, yes with conditions, not yet, no (use something simpler), or an early stop?
3. Did you go on to a tender?
4. Did the ranking of your problems feel right?
5. What was missing?

## What to leave out

Leave out the name of your organisation, the names of people, your countries and any detail of a case. A sentence such as "the ranking put payments first and we think records should have come first" is enough.
