Check the download
SHA-256 of the zip file:
530108b62291ed4f14f831c94265b1394eef0162271ece266c0739a8f684a881
Put the zip and SHA256SUMS in one folder, and run sha256sum -c SHA256SUMS --ignore-missing. On Windows, certutil -hashfile irf-ngo-pack.zip SHA256 prints the same value. SHA256SUMS also lists every file inside the pack.
Check before you start
The pack is installed into an AI assistant your organisation already uses. What you type there goes to that assistant's provider, under the provider's terms, and never to this site. Before you start, check your organisation's rules on putting programme data into that assistant. Your security team can read every file first.
Set it up in three lines
- Create a projectIn your assistant, make a project or a custom assistant that accepts files and standing instructions.
- Add the folderUnzip the pack and upload its files to that project.
- Paste the instructionPaste the whole of INSTRUCTIONS.md into the project's instructions. Then start talking, or paste in a transcript.
The README in the pack has the detail for the common assistants, including what to do when a product limits file size.
Where your words go
You choose where your words go. The pack sends nothing. What you type or paste goes to the AI assistant you set the pack up in, under that assistant's terms and your organisation's settings.
Some questions touch on sensitive ground, such as identity, land or protection cases. The pack marks them and says that you may skip them. Ask your data protection lead what may go into your assistant before you start.
Have your security team review this before installing
The pack is text, data and two short scripts. The scripts do the arithmetic, so that the same answers give the same result each time. They read two folders and print to the screen. They open no network connection. Your security team can read every file, and the list below shows what each one is for.
The pack is not a legal, security or procurement review. Your assistant can mishear a transcript or pick the wrong option, which is why it confirms every guess with you. Read the brief before you pass it on.
Send this to your security team
This opens a draft in your email program. It has no address, and nothing is sent until you send it.

What is not in the pack
- No account, no login and no tracking.
- No address to send answers to, and no copy of anyone's answers.
- No recommendation of any product or supplier. The use case list names organisations that have tried a use case, as evidence only.
- No participant data and no credentials.
- No fee, and no limit on commercial use. The licence note gives the two licences.
A note back
A note back is optional. At the end of a run your assistant offers to draft one from five prompts, with no details about your organisation. You read it and send it yourself, or you do not send it. See the five prompts.
